Mid Range Hotels in Lake Naivasha.

The Mid-Range hotels in Naivasha compared with Luxury Hotels is almost a tie. Some of the Mid-range hotels ironically are pricier than the Luxury hotels.

However, there is no distinguished pattern to arrive on whether Hotel A or B IS BETTER. However, each hotel at this level wins in its own way.

It could be the service, price or even décor. This leaves it to a rather personal choice. All the same, since I have been to all of them, let me give my personal opinion.

I am only giving two examples in each category.

Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge
Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge

Whenever someone mentions this hotel in Naivasha, nothing rings in my mind first like the Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge Swimming pool. This is an attraction on its own. No doubt, Naivasha Sopa Lodge leads in Naivasha when it comes to the swimming pool. It will not be a surprise if you spend the whole day in the pool.

Another thing I like about this Lodge, they were considerate about the environment, they did not have to clear trees to build those beautiful rooms but found a way to do the rooms artistically without interfering. This is the reason why the rooms and the swimming pool are a bit apart. But if it takes all that to save nature then this is more than worth the trek from your room to the pool.

This is award-winning, Kenya’s leading Spa Resort, culturally rich, endowed with nature, historically decadent. This is where Nature meets class & decency.

The first thing I saw when driving in was my all-time favourite tall giants, Giraffes.
